3.1 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount for each payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer) is ৳100. Deposits below this limit will not be processed.

3.2 Minimum Withdrawal

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,000; a deposit of ৳12,000 earns a maximum bonus of ৳5,000, bringing the total balance to ৳17,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times the bonus amount (on the bonus only, excluding the deposit). Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 15 = ৳15,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each user may receive the welcome bonus only once.
• Bonuses may only be used to play games on the platform.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirements have been met.
• Using bonuses across multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• 999bh reserves the right to change or cancel bonus offers at any time.
• In the event of a breach of bonus policy, the bonus and any associated winnings may be forfeited.

4.4 VIP Program

The 999bh VIP program has three tiers: Bronze (up to 0.3% weekly cashback), Silver (up to 0.5% weekly cashback), and Gold (up to 0.8% weekly cashback). You can move up to a higher tier through regular and active play. VIP benefits are subject to change at 999bh's discretion.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 999bh platform:

5.1 Fraud and Deception

• Creating an account using false or forged identification documents.
• Operating multiple accounts for the same person.
• Using software, bots, or automated methods to gain an unfair advantage.
• Deliberately exploiting any technical glitch or bug in a game.

5.2 Money Laundering

Money laundering or any illegal financial activity through the platform is strictly prohibited. 999bh is obligated to report suspicious transactions to the relevant authorities.

5.3 Hacking and Cyber Attacks

Any attempt to breach or undermine the security of the platform is a criminal offence subject to legal action.

5.4 Consequences of Violations

6.1 Finality of Game Results

The results of all games on 999bh are determined by a verifiable Random Number Generator (RNG) system. Once a game round is completed, its result is final and cannot be changed.

6.2 Technical Errors

Any winnings or amounts displayed as a result of a technical error or system malfunction will be considered void. In such situations, 999bh will make a decision after a proper investigation, and that decision will be final.

6.3 Sports Betting
