Responsible Gaming —
Your protection is our priority
999bh believes entertainment is meaningful only when it is enjoyed in a controlled and mindful way. We are always here to support you.
Gaming should be enjoyable, not stressful
999bh is a safe and reliable online betting platform. We believe sports betting and casino games are purely a form of entertainment — not a source of income or a solution to problems. That is why we are committed to providing a responsible gaming environment for every user.
Gambling and betting are not suitable for everyone. If you or someone close to you feels that gaming is getting out of control, you should take action right away. At 999bh, we offer a range of effective tools and support to help you do that.
You are in control
Use the tools below to keep your betting experience safe at any time.
Set deposit limits
You can set a maximum deposit amount on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. This helps you stay within your budget and avoid overspending. Once a limit is set, it takes a short time to come into effect, but increasing a limit does not happen instantly.
Time-out feature
If you feel you need a short break, you can temporarily close your account for a set period. Choose any duration from 24 hours up to several weeks and give yourself time to refresh.
Self-exclusion
If you need a longer break, you can opt for self-exclusion. During this time your account will be fully deactivated and you will not be able to log in. Contact the support team to activate self-exclusion.
Review your betting history
Your full betting and deposit history is available in your account. Analyse your spending patterns and understand how much time and money you are spending on each game and when.
24/7 Support
Our support team is always ready for any concerns. Contact us via live chat or email at [email protected]. Our trained support staff can assist in both Bengali and English.
Protection of minors
999bh explicitly prohibits anyone under 21 from opening an account. Use parental control software on your device to protect younger family members and keep your login details private.
Warning signs of problem gambling
If you or someone close to you shows any of the signs below, do not wait to seek help. This is not a sign of weakness — it is a sign of awareness.
- Repeatedly playing to chase lost money and being stuck in a "I'll win next time" mindset.
- Prioritising gaming over family, friends, or work and neglecting everyday responsibilities.
- Borrowing money, spending savings, or cutting back on essential expenses to fund betting.
- Feeling restless, irritable, or anxious when trying to stop playing.
- Hiding your betting habits or the amount you have lost from people close to you.
- Feeling that sleep problems, stress, or relationship difficulties are connected to betting.

Tips for safe gaming
Set your budget first: Before each session, decide the maximum amount you are willing to spend and stick to that limit.
Set a time limit: Fix a time limit for each session. Use an alarm so you do not lose track of time.
Do not decide on emotion: If you lose, do not place large bets out of anger or frustration. Take a break and make decisions with a clear head.
Treat it as entertainment: Think of betting as a form of entertainment, not as a way to earn a living.
Talk to family: You can let a trusted family member know about your betting habits so they can support you if needed.
